Sne9x, download the famous and always functional 64-bit, and 32-bit SNES emulator

Snes9x is an open source emulator for the Super Nintendo emulator written in C++. The emulator is designed to be highly portable, robust and has a good emulation speed. It makes it easy to compile through multiple systems.
The team behind Snes9x is delivering official builds for a number of systems. These systems are Windows, Linux, Mac OS X and Android. ZSNES was one of the first emulators to provide support for the advanced features of the SNES. Recent versions of the emulator have greatly improved its accuracy while trying not to sacrifice its speed. The emulator is a perfect replacement for bsnes (higan) if your machine is unable to manage the accuracy that Higan uses at speed sacrifice. Following the departure of the original Snes9x team from the project, a new team has come together to continue working on it.
Research has not advanced significantly, however. Notwithstanding this, it remains one of the best SNES emulators, with a very high performance rate and additional enhancement features. Of course, it doesn't simulate games as well as an emulator like higan would have, but it doesn't have the corresponding higher-end hardware requirements.
