ePSXe, the best free emulator for PLAYSTATION

The ePSXe (enhanced PSX emulator) is a PlayStation video game console simulator for x86-based PC hardware running Microsoft Windows or Linux, as well as Android devices. It has been written by three authors, using the names Calb,  Demo  and Galtor. With the exception of the application programming interface (API) for its plug-ins, ePSXe is closed source.
EPSXe has been established in private for half a year. Once ePSXe was released on October 14, 2000, it was a breakthrough in the PSX emulation community, boasting better compatibility and performance than other PlayStation emulators of the time. Since ePSXe 1.6.0 was released on August 5th, 2003, its production seemed to be halted, with reports that the source code had been lost due to a hard disk failure. Nonetheless, on 5 April 2008, ePSXe developers made a public statement revealing that, in the summer of 2007, they decided to continue developing the simulator due to user motivation. EPSXe version 1.7.0 was released on May 24, 2008.  After another hiatus, the developers came back.

Here you've got this video to see how is the installing, and configuration process. In case you aren't very familiar with ePSXe
